Purpose of the game

A workday becomes a light competition: points for arriving on time, completing tasks, helping a colleague. Instant motivation, without stress. The most productive (and collaborative) person wins.

How to play

A manager creates the game in the morning and shares it with the team. During the day, they assign points to people who do positive things: complete tasks, arrive on time, help a colleague, propose ideas, solve problems. The leaderboard is visible to everyone, updated in real time. Every assignment comes with a note, so everyone knows why they received points. At the end of the day, the manager announces the winner.

The rules

• Arrived on time +3 (once).
• Completed assigned task +8 (once, with note).
• Helped a colleague +5 (max 2 times, with note).
• Proposed a useful idea +6 (max 2 times, with note).
• Solved a problem +7 (once, with note).
• Communicated constructively +4 (max 2 times).
• Participated in the meeting +2 (once).
• Reached sales target +12 (once).
• Received client compliment +10 (once).
• Documented work +3 (once).
• Worked overtime +5 (once, with note).
• Delayed project without reason -6 (once, with note).
• Skipped the meeting -5 (once).
• Argued with colleague -4 (once, with note).
• Lied about task completion -15 (once, with note).

When it makes sense to play it

One workday, an entire week, Friday afternoon to finish the week well. It's recurring all year.
